The pool had plenty of sunbeds and umbrellas.

I encountered numerous issues that ruined my experience. The shower pressure was terrible, barely amounting to a dribble, and it was unacceptable to charge 8 euros per night for parking. Worst of all, I discovered ants infesting my room, and rather than helping me, the staff seemed indifferent, suggesting I find the entry point myself. This lack of concern was infuriating, especially as I could hear entertainment noise from my room all night.

We liked the hotel, it was pleasant and functional and had perfect location close to the centre of the harbour, a hill and beach, promenade and Zlatni Rat.

Excellent price/quality ratio.

The proximity to Zlatni Rat beach was a highlight, and the various dining settings provided ample choices that kept our meals interesting.

Very good food.

It is hoppless to get a sunbed. Very noisy dinner-room. The service in the reception was not good.

Perfect family getaway with engaging staff

The animation team kept both our kids and us entertained throughout our visit, especially during the fun craft activities and mini disco. The dining options were excellent, with a wide selection of fresh ingredients like grilled meats and daily soup choices. The quite high step count to our room made it challenging for our little ones at times.

Extremely good value for the money it costs. Good food and very friendly staff. We liked it a lot and will definitely consider going there again.

What you'll love and hate

The newly renovated family room with a sea view was spacious, and the clean, family-friendly pools kept my kids delighted. The diverse and fresh dining options provided a culinary treat each day.

Lack of quiet areas made relaxation difficult, especially during chaotic meal times. The entertainment primarily catered to the French guests, leaving some international visitors feeling excluded and missing out on activities.

Excellent location, comfortable family appartman, great tennis facilities (they claim to have the largest tennis resort in Croatia, which I tend to believe) and the Golden Horn bay is beautiful. Good food and wide range of selection (all...  

The food is very good, the stuff is kind. We go to the Hotel Bonaca every year...

Wi-Fi was great, and the fitness center was a nice surprise. Pool could be warmer.

We stayed in a family apartment. Everything great!!! The only drawback is that you have to carry your bags up the stairs. Exellent value for money as we had a promo option of 41% discount off the regular price. Location, food, facilities - everything is exellent....
